Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully. These guidelines help ensure a smooth, safe, and professional moving experience.


πŸ“¦ Packing & Preparation

  • All items inside moving boxes must be packed securely to prevent damage.
  • Drawers and cabinet doors must be properly secured.
  • Fragile items must be clearly marked and properly protected.
  • All boxes must be closed. Cabinet doors must be locked and loose shelves removed, unless using our Full-Service option.
  • Valuables (jewelry, money, documents, etc.) must remain with the Client at all times.
  • Electronic devices must be packed in their original boxes. If not, our movers may refuse to move them.
  • Small items like chandeliers, lamps, or decorative pots must be packed in closed boxes before transport (except for Full-Service).

🏠 On-Site Requirements

  • The Client must ensure sufficient parking for moving vans or lifts and is responsible for any parking fees.
  • The Client must be present during the entire move to oversee loading/unloading and ensure nothing is left behind.
  • Staircases must be cleared before the move begins.
  • Windows must fully open if using a furniture lift.
  • Heavy items (e.g. washing machines) require professional handling and adequate manpower. Movers may refuse to move items that are too heavy for the booked crew.

πŸ”§ Assembly & Special Requests

  • Requests for furniture disassembly or reassembly must be made in advance.
  • Assembly is done at the Client’s own risk.
  • Items of exceptional or high value must be declared in writing before the move.

πŸ’³ Payment & Cancellations

  • Payment is due immediately after the move, by cash or PIN.
  • You will always receive a quote in advance, based on a minimum time estimate for your move.
  • If the move takes less time than quoted, the full quoted amount will still be charged.
  • If the move takes longer than estimated, additional time will be billed per hour.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance via email at info@wemoveit.eu.
    • Late cancellations are subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the booking amount.

  • We offer full insurance coverage for your belongings during the move.
  • Insurance is available at an additional cost and must be arranged in advance.

  • The Contractor is not liable for lost or stolen goods.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, parking issues, or other external factors.
